Our soy wax is derived from soybeans and is both vegan and biodegradable, offering a cleaner-burning alternative to paraffin wax.

Dispatch

Every Ethereal Light Co. candle is lovingly hand-poured, finished and packed to order, so a little patience allows us to create your candle with the care it deserves.

Bespoke and personalised candles require a little extra time and are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Please note that dispatch timeframes refer to the time it takes for your order to leave our studio and do not include postage transit times.

Candle Care & Safety

A little care helps your candle burn beautifully and allows you to enjoy every last moment of its light.

• On the first burn, allow your candle to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This helps prevent tunnelling and creates an even wax pool for future burns.
• Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Trim your wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain a beautiful flame and reduces excess smoke.
• Remove all decorative embellishments and crystals before burning.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Always extinguish your candle before leaving your home or going to sleep.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and draughts.
